Read this to prepare for your tour in the best way!

• The above pricing is subject to change and availability.
• The rates shown above do not apply to any event or exhibition.
• If there is a Blacklist or refusal from Respective -immigration, GO4TRIP will not be held liable and will be charged.
• The rates listed above are based on the information you gave; if there is any increase or decrease in PAX, the rates may change depending on the final quantity of PAX.
• Please double-check the quotation from your end for all of your requested options to avoid misinterpretation.

Payment Conditions

• Reservations in Advance: We require 25% of the total price to process the booking, which may be paid using our Payment Gateway.

*Please keep in mind that for air flights, 100% of the whole amount is necessary.

• Booking Confirmation Amount: After receiving the availability from the hotel/transport etc., you will be confirmed via email. You also need to make 25% of the remaining payments, which can be done within 1-2 days.

*Please Note: If, due to any reason, there is non-availability of the hotel, we can offer other similar hotel category options, or we will pay the full refund to the customer with the applicable interest of the bank.

• Full Balance Payment: The balance amount needs to be furnished 30 days before the travel. In case of urgent reservations, it depends upon the type of bookings. Also, once the payment is confirmed, you will be acknowledged at once via email.

• Invoice and Vouchers: Make sure to deliver your total bill receipt and vouchers, which will be delivered electronically via email. Also, the vouchers are generally provided three to ten days before your travel.

• Reservation Process: You must first deposit 25% of the hotel cost within 2-3 days as a booking token during the hotel reservation. Its primary purpose is to lock in the pricing and process your booking, which may be done simultaneously using the link and a credit/debit card. We will make sure to give the link as soon as you proceed. Furthermore, you must clear the remaining 75% of the cost one month before your vacation dates by NEFT/Cash Deposit.

Also, you must pay the total amount for air tickets via NEFT/Cash Transfer because the tickets will be instantly booked and forwarded. To reserve the tickets, we also request full payment in the given bank details and passport documents. 

Refund Policy/ Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of bookings or refund policies varies considerably based on the product or service. When you confirm a reservation, you must review the cancellation and refund policies and the booking terms and conditions. If you cancel the request, you may be required to wait for a short period, subject to the precise terms and circumstances that apply to the variable product or service requested and purchased.

The payment policy will not be amended due to unforeseen situations such as visa delays, passport insurance, or others). In all cases, the payment policy will remain the same. Here are some facts and figures:

• If you cancel within 30 days of booking, you will be charged 25% of the tour cost.
• Within 30 to 15 days, the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour cost.
• Cancellation fees range from 15% to 75% of the tour cost.
• The entire sum will be forfeited in less than seven days with no reimbursement.
• The total price will be increased, and no refund will be issued.

*Please Note: The Cancellation Policy is subject to change. The cancellation policies of the individual hotels primarily determine it. Few hotels may impose a 100% cancellation fee during peak seasons. Refunds typically take ten business days after a cancellation request is submitted and electronically transferred to your bank account.
